Porch/Curbside Pick-Up Policy

Pick-Up from Our Location
If you're local to Sterling, VA, you can select Curbside Pick-Up during checkout. Orders take three to four days to prepare, and you'll be able to choose a pick-up time once your order is ready. We’ll provide instructions for pick-up after your purchase. For the best results, we recommend bringing an insulated cooler with ice packs to transport your chocolates safely.

After Your Chocolate Arrives
Once your chocolates arrive, store them in a cool, dry place (60-65°F). Failure to store them properly may result in "bloom," where sugar or fat rises to the surface, creating a powdery appearance. While still safe to eat, this can affect the texture. Avoid temperature fluctuations to maintain the quality of your chocolates.

Refunds & Returns

Once your order leaves our facility, it is your responsibility to handle and store it properly. We are not responsible for chocolates left in warm conditions. Please ensure your chocolates are placed in a cool, dry area immediately upon pick-up to maintain their quality. We do not offer refunds or returns for pick-up orders. If you miss the pick-up window, please contact us to arrange a new time.
